Staff Your Event
supports a number of organizations to give back to the community we live and work in.

toronto united wayEach year at Christmas we donate a portion of sales to both the Daily Food Bank and the United Way of Toronto. This is done on our clients’ behalf in appreciation of their support and commitment.

We support these valuable organizations as they provide much needed assistance to those people in our community who are less fortunate.

bike rally toronto to montreal 2011

The Friends for Life Bike Rally just celebrated its 13th year. 2011 saw over 300 riders cycle 600 km from Toronto to Montreal in 6 days to raise funds and awareness for the Toronto People with AIDS Foundation. Over $1 million was raised this year.  One of our own team members rode in the Bike Rally this year for the first time. Staff Your Event matched dollar for dollar all fellow team member sponsorships

With more than a dozen years of experience under his belt—including lengthy stints with David Lovell Events and the Butler Did It—industry veteran Lary Willows has launched his own firm, a staffing company called Staff Your Event Inc. "I decided it was time to do things on my own," Willows said of the company, which provides servers, bartenders, and event supervisors for corporate functions and nonprofit parties. "I have one rule: Take care of the guests and give them whatever they need. I've always had that philosophy."

Since then, the firm has handled the staffing for more than 1,000 events, including a host of Toronto International Film Festival parties and the 14th annual Bloor Street Entertains benefit for the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research, held in November.
